- Analytics data — through Google Analytics 4, we collect aggregated information about how visitors use our Website: pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, approximate geographic location (city-level), and referral source. This data is used to improve the Website.
- Marketing attribution — UTM parameters (campaign source, medium, and name) passed through links you click to reach our Website.
- Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser user-agent) used for security and performance monitoring. Webflow, our hosting provider, may set essential cookies required for Website functionality.

- Acuity Scheduling — public class bookings and scheduling; handles your name, email, phone, and class details.
- Stripe — payment processing; handles billing details and payment information.
- Make.com — integration automation between the above systems; routes data in transit but does not retain it long-term.
- Google Analytics — aggregated website analytics; handles anonymized usage data, UTM parameters, and approximate location.
- Webflow — website hosting; handles website visitor data and form submissions in transit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention
- Customer records (Zoho CRM + Books) — retained for the duration of our business relationship and for seven years thereafter, to meet Canada Revenue Agency recordkeeping requirements and to respond to warranty or dispute matters.
- Newsletter subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Website analytics — Google Analytics retains individual-event data for 14 months; aggregate reports may be retained longer.
- Form submissions and inquiries that do not lead to a booking — retained for up to two years to respond to follow-up questions, then deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA and PIPA, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
