Yes — fully customizable menus for any event. Share your vision (cuisine, dietary preferences, headcount) and Chef Joey will propose a menu within 48 hours.
The sky's the limit honestly. We can do it all. I do love all cuisine types but probably my favourite is Creole classics and Southern comfort food. Why would you ask this question though since they are all so amazing to explore! HA If you have a specific cuisine in mind, Chef Joey can build the menu around it.
We can turn on a dime if you need us to but the usual process takes about 1-2 weeks for standard custom events We start with a discovery call, iterate on proposal, you poll your folks on preferences, then lock down the menu and have final numbers to us 3 days before so we can shop accordingly. Feel free to book us months in advance if you have your act together that soon.
Yes — cultural themes are a core offering. Chef Joey works with your team to select authentic dishes or create a fusion menu that reflects the celebration. We could even invite guests on to provide even more of a cultural experience.
Yes — custom dishes can reflect company heritage, milestones, or values. Chef Joey will work with your People Ops team to tailor the menu and framing.
Minimum 2 participants. Custom events have run from 2-person to 30-person. There is a base cost I need to earn to cover the initial set up time, no matter the size of the group, so it can be less expensive per person the more people you have. But a couples night in is very fun to do with your best pal or your certain someone. Smaller = more personal attention; larger = bigger format options.

Virtual sessions work for teams of 10–50, distributed anywhere with a grocery store. For larger groups, we run multiple parallel sessions or a single facilitated cohort — depends on what fits your team's rhythm.
Virtual sessions run 1.5–2 hours, including the live cooking and the sit-down toast — enough time for the conversation people remember the next week.
We accommodate all of them. Dietary info is collected during booking and Joey customizes the menu — no compromises on flavor, and no one ends up with the sad alternative plate.
A few days before the session, every participant gets a curated shopping list. They shop locally, set up their kitchen, and join the Zoom session at the scheduled time. Joey leads the whole cook live — same meal, same time, every kitchen.
