I've been lucky enough to learn from some of the best chefs and have taken on the love of cooking from them exploring all kinds of cuisines. Being born and raised on creole flavors and southern hospitality, I bring that warmth to every class. Expect bold spices, big laughs, and zero pretension.

Yes — both formats are available. In-person events happen at our Calgary kitchen, your home, or your venue; virtual sessions run via video call with shopping list sent out before. Available across Canada and the US.
Yes. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and most major allergens. Let us know at booking so Chef Joey can adjust the menu and source alternatives ahead of time. For severe allergies we'll walk through the kitchen setup before you book.
Yes — both are core to what we do. Corporate team events for 6 - 30 people (team-building, all-hands, holiday parties, onboarding) are invoiced post-event. Private events (birthdays, anniversaries, stagettes) follow the same model. Chat with Joey to plan either.
Browse the upcoming class calendar at Public Cooking Classes, pick a date, and pay at checkout. Spots are held first-come, first-served. Classes run 2.5–3 hours, include a full meal, drinks, and recipes to take home.
Public Classes
- Virtual - $40 per class per household. Have 5 friends over helping you out... just $40.
- In-Person - $135-$150 - includes food so depends on the menu that class.
Private/Corporate - Best to get on a call to see what you'd like but to give you a rough idea:
- Virtual - Typically starts at a base amount for under 20 people and gets less per person the more you have. Can do 6 people to 1000!
- In-Person - Can be anywhere between $100-$150 per person incl. food. Depends on number of people attending, the number of courses and type of menu selected. There's a big price difference between potatoes and filet mignon!
