Yes — cultural themes are a core offering. Chef Joey works with your team to select authentic dishes or create a fusion menu that reflects the celebration. We could even invite guests on to provide even more of a cultural experience.
Book by October for guaranteed December availability. December fills fast, especially mid-month and the last week. Earlier = better date selection.
Yes — up to 30+ guests in a single session. For larger groups we split into parallel stations or run multiple back-to-back sessions on the same day. Our venue only holds up to 24 so unless you want to host at your venue there is a restriction there. If you are looking to have a catered event (no teaching hands on element) we know people!
Standard team event pricing applies. Add-ons (décor, premium ingredients, extended timing) are quoted separately — chat with Chef Joey for a custom proposal.
Minimum 2 participants. Custom events have run from 2-person to 30-person. There is a base cost I need to earn to cover the initial set up time, no matter the size of the group, so it can be less expensive per person the more people you have. But a couples night in is very fun to do with your best pal or your certain someone. Smaller = more personal attention; larger = bigger format options.
