We are pleased to bring you our own IRC virtual cooking classes for the people of our community. It’s a fun way to spend a night IN!

Together with Chef Joey you will create delicious dishes. No man/woman/child is left behind as Chef Joey will go at a pace that is comfortable for all. Ask questions, show-and-tell or just sit back and relax. He is very laid back and will share stories of the food along with some people from the community.

Download all the information you’ll need for the class including the pre-class prep list and the recipes. It is ideal if you print the recipes out but you don’t need to. You can pick up copies at the IRC office if you like. Pre-class prep is key as we have an amazing menu but it does depend on how much is done before hand.
