April 8 is National Empanada Day

The name "empanada” comes from the Spanish verb “enmanar” and translates to “enbreaded” that is wrapped in bread. Your belly will feel like it was wrapped in love with these sabrosas (tasty) empanadas.
Jump on the Zoom call a few minutes before class to get yourself all set. And part of the fun is keeping your camera so we can see how you are progressing.
