  • Pre-prep is key as we have an amazing menu but it does depend on how much is done before hand.

  • Print out the recipes if you can.

Chocolate Dipped Chocolatie Brownie Cookies

Kiddos Mulled Wine

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ cups cranberry juice 500ml

  • 2 ¼ cups red grape juice 500ml

  • 1 cup of water 250ml

  • 4 orange slices

  • 3 lemon slices

  • 3 Star anise

  • 3 Cinnamon sticks

  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg

  • 10 Cloves

  • 4 Cardamom pods

  • Agave syrup to taste

  • A squeeze of half an orange optional

Directions:

  1. Pour the cranberry juice, red grape and water into a medium sized saucepan on medium heat

  2. Then add the slices of orange, lemon along with the spices - cardamom pods, star anise, cinnamon sticks, cloves and nutmeg.

  3. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.

  4. During the time do a taste test to determine how much sweetness you desire.

  5. After the given time remove the saucepan from the stove and leave to steep for another 15 minutes

  6. Use a sieve/muslin cloth to strain the excess spices and fruit.

  7. Squeeze half the orange over the ready made mulled wine if including then stir

  8. Serve warm (re-heat strained if needed) in heat proof glasses
