Welcome to Emma’s Halloween Party!
So glad you could make it to the party! I can’t wait to take you through these dishes. WARNING: Your family may make you make this dish over and over again. It’s that darn yummy!
Here’s how the party will work. Download all the information you’ll need for the class:
Agenda - gives you an idea how the class will work
There is some pre-class prep required which is making a marinade the night before for whatever meat you choose. Should take about 15 mins. Feel free to chop stuff ahead of time but we will be chopping in class
Print out the recipes if you can. Not essential as we’ll walk you through it every step of the way.
Fix yourself a virgin Mojito to have a cold refreshment close by.
Chef Joey is a bunch of fun and loves when people ask questions so just fire away. If you’ve never cooked before, all good. You’ll be blown away with what you make!

Virgin Mojito
Ingredients
10 mint leaves, large or 15 small
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp honey simple syrup
sparkling water
ice optional
lime slices optional
Instructions
Place mint leaves and lime juice in a glass and muddle them together for 1 minute.
Add the honey simple syrup.
Add the sparkling water.
Garnish with lime slices, a sprig of mint, and/or fresh fruit.
