Download all the information you’ll need for the class including the pre-class prep list (roughly 30 mins prep). Pre-prep is key as we have an amazing menu but it does depend on how much is done before hand, even the night before if you like. Print out the recipes if you can.

NOTE: We have asked you to marinate your chicken the NIGHT BEFORE or at least 8 hrs before for best results.

Chef Joey will take us through each item step-by-step. No one will be left behind. We welcome cheers and heckling of Chef Joey, and others!

Enjoy a Pina Colada mocktail while you cook or make it a cocktail!

Required Equipment

  • blender

  • fun glasses

  • straws

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ice

  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple, frozen

  • 2 ounces pineapple juice

  • 2 ounces canned cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

  • 2 pineapple wedges, for garnish (keep the top for a fun game)

Make it a Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum

  • 1 ounce dark rum
