These recipes put these chefs on the map and continue to do so today. These female chefs broke into a predominantly male industry, forged their way and never looked back.

Download all the information you’ll need for the class including the pre-class prep list (roughly 40 mins prep). Pre-prep is key as we have an amazing menu but it does depend on how much is done before hand. Print out the recipes if you can.

  • Heads up there are a couple of items you’ll need to do the night before. Check the agenda for all pre-class prep details
